All of our breads are made with the finest fresh ingredients that include Organic and local produce. We use only four basic ingredients to make the basic dough; Flour, Fresh Yeast, Water and Salt and all of our breads are free from additives and preservatives.
We believe in taking it slow and let the dough rise and prove naturally at its own speed without the use of modern provers that rush the process and don't let the full flavour of the dough develop.
