We were delighted to play host to a series of vegetarian cooking classes, organised by our friends at Riverford at Home. The courses, which were run as part of a nationwide scheme, took place in The Bakery Café in Pool, Redruth, during the month of March.
Attendees were treated to a box of seasonal organic vegetables thanks to the team at Riverford, and taught a number of techniques, helping them to make the most of the produce.
The dishes emerging from the kitchen looked seriously delicious and included a roasted cauliflower with smoky red pepper romesco dip, shredded seasonal veg salad with thai dressing and cauliflower, chickpea green curry.
After the demonstration, guests sat down to enjoy what they had prepared over a drink.
