Bakery Team Roles

Our bakery is based in Pool, Redruth and we have a hard working team of dedicated bakers, trainee bakers, packers and drivers. This lovely team create, pack and deliver our delicious range of breads, baked fresh everyday.

Head Office Roles

From accounts to marketing to our sales teams, our head office team are responsible for the day to day running of all things Baker Tom's. This team is also based in our offices in Pool, Redruth.
